Then we tried and we were totally thrilled. Turmeric and ginger combined with citrus and other syrups are the perfect blend of healing nutrients. We developed the recipe for that was also very easy to do:


  • Two cups of water.
  • Half a teaspoon of powdered ginger.
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  • One tablespoon of maple syrup.
  • The juice of half a lemon.
  1. Boil water, then add powdered herbs. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Put some tea in a rate, add syrup and lemon juice, and whisk to combine. Drink hot.
